Returns & Exchanges

At TOV Furniture, we want you to love your bold new pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and restocking charges may apply to ensure your furniture arrives safely back at our warehouse.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery to start your return process and receive an RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your item if necessary and place it back in its original TOV Furniture packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will help you coordinate a pickup with one of our specialized freight carriers or provide a prepaid shipping label for smaller items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus applicable fees.
