How long will it take for my furniture to ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Transit times vary by location, but you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for furniture items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees apply and items must be in new, unassembled condition.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery services in select areas which includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
How do I care for my velvet or upholstery fabrics?
We recommend frequent vacuuming with a soft brush attachment and professional cleaning for tough stains. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fabric fading over time.
Does my TOV Furniture purchase come with a warranty?
All of our products are backed by a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has reached the processing or shipping stage, it can no longer be cancelled.
